Terms of sale
How a request on this site becomes a purchase, in six numbered points. Version of October 2026.
1. Seller
Sales are made by KUNQIANNEXTTECH SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. OSTROBRAMSKA 101A, lok. 301.4, 04-041 WARSZAWA, POLAND, KRS 0001263458, VAT PL1133211110, trading online as KUNQIAN NEXT TECH. Contact: contact@kunqiannext.com.
2. Placing an order
The site shows model options with their public specifications. It does not sell directly and takes no payments. Send a request for a model option and we e-mail back an offer for one specific device: its grade, the marks we noted, its battery health and its price in euro.
An order exists once you accept that offer in writing and we confirm it by e-mail; keep the confirmation as your order record. Consumers are quoted gross prices with VAT included; business buyers get net prices plus VAT. Every offer says how long it stays open, and the device is held for you only from confirmation onwards.
3. Paying and shipping
Our confirmation lists how you can pay and which account to transfer to. Card numbers are never requested. The device leaves once the full amount has arrived.
Courier, destination country, shipping fee and expected transit time are all named in the offer before you commit. Consumer orders travel at our risk until the parcel is handed to you or to someone you nominate.
4. Changing your mind (consumers)
Under the Polish Act on consumer rights of 30 May 2014 a consumer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the device, without stating a reason. A short e-mail quoting the order number does it; afterwards you have a further 14 days to post the device back, at your own cost.
We refund everything paid for the order, standard shipping included, within 14 days of your notice and by your original payment method; we may wait for the device or for proof that it was posted. Handling beyond normal testing can reduce the refund by the lost value. Remove your Apple ID and switch off Find My first: a locked device is accepted only once it has been released. Business buyers have no withdrawal right.
5. If something is wrong
Each device has to match its offer: model, storage, colour, grade, the marks we described, and every function working. Marks we disclosed are part of the deal, not defects.
Consumers can claim for a lack of conformity that surfaces up to two years from delivery, under the Act on consumer rights; for used devices the offer may set one year, and where it does, one year applies. We start by repairing or replacing; if neither is possible, would cost us disproportionately or drags on, you may ask for a lower price or end the contract, unless the issue is minor. Send photos, a short description and the order number. We arrange the return and pay reasonable costs when the claim is upheld. We give no separate commercial guarantee.
For business buyers our liability stops at the order value and excludes indirect loss. Please back up and wipe any device before sending it to us.
6. Law and disputes
Polish law governs these terms; the mandatory consumer rules of your home country still protect you. Disputes go to the competent Polish court unless consumer law gives you another forum. Consumers can also turn to a municipal or county consumer ombudsman, to the Trade Inspection, or to out-of-court resolution.
