Six questions and straight answers about the details you send us. Version of October 2026.
Who decides what happens to your data?
KUNQIANNEXTTECH SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. OSTROBRAMSKA 101A, lok. 301.4, 04-041 WARSZAWA, POLAND (KRS 0001263458, VAT PL1133211110). On this site the company appears as KUNQIAN NEXT TECH. Any data-protection question goes to contact@kunqiannext.com.
Which details reach us?
Your name, your e-mail address, the model option you picked and the text of your message. Nothing more is asked for. Should you go on to buy, we add the delivery address and whatever has to appear on the invoice.
Browsing leaves no trail with us: no cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics code. The hosting layer keeps routine server logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for a short while so that attacks and faults can be traced, and nobody uses them to work out who you are.
What do we use them for, and on which legal ground?
Answering your request and drawing up an offer are steps you ask for before a contract, so GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) applies. Completing a sale and keeping invoices is a duty under Polish accounting and tax law, Art. 6(1)(c). Messages unrelated to buying are answered on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping up a conversation you started, Art. 6(1)(f). No newsletters, no profiling, no automated decisions.
Who else handles them?
Our pages are served by Cloudflare, Inc., which also relays incoming e-mail and runs the script behind the request form; incoming messages land in an inbox hosted by Google LLC. Both work for us under data processing agreements. Where either of them moves data outside the European Economic Area, it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
A courier sees your name, address and phone or e-mail only when a parcel has to reach you. That is the full list.
For how long?
A request that never turns into a purchase is wiped 24 months after the conversation goes silent. Sales paperwork stays for five years from the end of the calendar year of the sale, because Polish tax rules say so, and is destroyed afterwards.
What can you ask of us?
A copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion, a pause on processing, an export in a common format, or an objection. One short e-mail to contact@kunqiannext.com is enough; the answer arrives within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Warsaw accepts complaints.
